Who Aventi serves

  • Hospitals and health systems

Disproportionate share and other hospitals with contract pharmacy programs, mixed-use areas or in-house pharmacies. Aventi runs contract pharmacy and split billing together so purchasing and dispensing stay tied.

  • FQHCs and community health centers

Health centers that need claim capture across the pharmacies their patients actually use, with transparent, contingency-based pricing.

  • Clinics and specialty providers

Clinics and specialty practices whose patients fill high-cost specialty and infusion medications, where the biggest 340B opportunities sit.

  • Other 340B covered entities

Any HRSA-registered 340B covered entity that wants an independent TPA that answers to providers, not to a wholesaler, PBM or pharmacy chain.

Specialty pharmacy

Specialty pharmacy: a core Aventi expertise

Specialty and infusion medications are often the highest-value 340B opportunities, and they are where many TPAs struggle. Specialty pharmacy is a core Aventi expertise. We have exclusive integrations and a gateway with BioPlus, Accredo and Optum, plus many other specialty pharmacies, so specialty dispense data flows into your 340B program instead of getting lost.
