Why Aventi

Why choose an independent 340B TPA?

Independent and founder-owned

Aventi has no outside owners: no wholesaler, PBM or pharmacy chain parent. We answer to our covered entity clients.

Contingency pricing, no true-ups

Aventi's TPA services for contract pharmacy and split billing are priced on contingency. Real-time claim capture and purchase splitting mean no end-of-month true-ups.

Ready for 2027 rebate submissions

Aventi is Beacon-ready for the HRSA 340B Rebate Model Pilot starting January 1, 2027, and already submits in-house pharmacy medical claims to Beacon.

See how 340B rebate submissions work

Rebate claim submission is a separate service: $750 per covered entity per month for covered entities that use another TPA, and included for Aventi TPA clients. Rebate model pricing
